Match the work to the property
Tell us whether you are replacing an existing system, adding cooling to another room or arranging servicing. The room layout, access and current equipment help define what needs to be assessed during the visit.
- New split or ducted system enquiries
- Replacement of existing equipment
- Room layout and installation access
- Annual servicing arrangements
What to send with your enquiry
For an existing system, send the make, model and a description of the issue. For a new installation, provide the rooms involved and photographs of possible indoor and outdoor positions.
Can I arrange servicing before returning to the property?
Tell us your return date, access arrangements and equipment details. Homeworks can discuss availability and the scope of servicing before you agree an appointment.
