A renovation can involve several trades working in the same space. The first visit is a chance to agree what stays, what changes and how the work will be sequenced. Tell us whether you will be living in the property or managing it from abroad.

What to send with your enquiry

Yes. Homeworks offers one point of contact and progress photographs by email or WhatsApp. Agree access, decisions and updates during the initial planning conversation.

Across the central and western Algarve, between Faro and Lagos, including Loulé, Almancil, Albufeira, Vilamoura, Portimão, Lagoa and Praia da Luz.
Is the first site visit free?
Yes. Site visits and written quotes are free anywhere between Faro and Lagos.
Can we speak in English or Portuguese?
Both. The team communicates in English and Portuguese from the first visit to the final walkthrough.
